The PIM is involved in a growing range of caring/Philanthropic/community assistance activities – including the provision of relief to assist with the impact of drought, isolation, suffering and medical emergencies. These ministries and activities are offered freely to all and any of the people of the great Outback and Inland of the Commonwealth of Australia, in the name of Jesus Christ the Lord.
Our logo is made up of literal and symbolic imagery which expresses the vision of the PIM:
- The road sign shape refers to the outback context.
- The two intersecting circles within this shape represent community while also referencing the ichthus and Christian foundation of the PIM.
- Lastly, the Southern Cross stars strengthen the connection to the Presbyterian Church of Australia and the imagery within its logotype
